The Rev. Kathleen O’Keefe Reed has served as pastor of University Lutheran Church since March 2013. A Chicago-area native, Pastor Reed studied at Boston University’s College of Communications and has an M.Div. from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. Her ministerial experience includes parish ministry in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont; eight years as an assistant to the bishop of the New England Synod; and five years directing development at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. She enjoys kayaking, sailing, and musing.
