Jonathan Mott

Jonathan Mott

Jonathan Mott joined the UniLu staff as interim choir director in September 2014, and was promoted to music director—choir in January 2015. Originally from the Boston area, Jonathan received a B.A. in music from Boston College, studying composition with Thomas Oboe Lee and Ralf Gawlick and conducting with John Finney, and an M.M. in choral conducting from Boston University, where he studied with Scott Allen Jarrett, David Hoose, and George Case. Outside of his work at UniLu, Jonathan serves as resident conductor of Harvard University’s premier mixed chorus, the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum, and as assistant conductor of the Back Bay Chorale, where he leads the Chorale’s “BRIDGES” outreach ensemble.

Kate Cottrell

Kate Cottrell, a native of Maine, joined the UniLu staff during the summer of 2016 as a nursery attendant. Previously, she served St. Peter’s Episcopal Cathedral in Helena, Montana as their youth minister and cathedral administrator. She is a 2017 graduate of Harvard Divinity School, where she studied women’s religious experiences in antiquity.
